You need to sprint, jump, aim the bow for slowing down time, jump again and land on a small spot. Then you need to glitch yourself over there because you don't have the bomb power yet.
There take a right and follow the path, it's the one where you need to use the bombs to create a bridge to get to those last houses for the spirit mails. Then go over the bridge towards that old guy, forgot his name. Then start a new save on master difficulty. So first you have to finish the game and make a manual save file at the mountain shrine (right before the last mediation spot where the game ends, so after the boss fight).
